Quality is also inconsistent; lettuce is generally yellow or wilted - today, it was frozen, with ice crystals and completely transparent, which does not an appetizing unwich make. If you happen to add things, such as a spread or mayo, or ask things to be left off, it is not done. Items arrived smashed sometimes.August 31, 2016
